Steven Ehlinger brings over 25 years of experience in the areas of finance, accounting, and operations with over 10 years of serving in the senior roles of Chief Financial Officer and Managing Director. His dedication to social and environmental impact dates back to 2001 when he served as Co-Founder and CFO of EcoMedia (acquired by CBS Corporation) where he helped structure $29MM in startup and early-stage capital and developed a model to fund large-scale environmental initiatives at no cost to the taxpayer.

Prior to this, Steven served as Managing Director of Morgan Adams, a fourth-generation family office that included a venture capital group and over 200 entities under management. Since founding Integrated Management Consulting in 2007, Steven has dedicated himself to empowering impact founders and CEO’s with capital readiness and capital strategy expertise, resulting in over $300MM in startup and early-stage impact financings.

In his spare time, Steven enjoys practicing yoga and meditation with his partner Ishwari, hiking & trail running, and spending time with his two sons.
